Step 1

The build journey with us starts with your one-on-one meeting with your Narndra Built Project Manager at a location convenient to you:

We recommend coming to the meeting with:

  • A budget which is realistic and within your borrowing capacity
  • A list of your ideas and dreams
  • Land Details (if relevant)
  • Existing Architectural plans (if relevant)

Step 2

With this knowledge in mind, we will be able to deliver a basic scope of what we believe your new home or renovation build cost will be. At this stage, we will also work with what your current and future needs are, and how that can be incorporated into your build. We will also discuss your ideas and dreams.

Step 3

Once you have finalised your project design, the final selections process is one of the most exciting and fun steps of building your new project. Your architect may walk you through the process. If your architect has not included this in their service, we can happily assist with this (or if this is a renovation).

Step 4

Almost there! Now design is complete, your selections are confirmed, and price agreed pending council submissions. The project is lodged into council for approval and once approval is received to commence construction, it’s time to build!

Narndra Built will step you through the build process with clear and consistent communication through every stage. You will be notified regularly with photos and descriptive updates of your project and sometimes, we may send you tasks to be completed along the way.

Step 5

On completion of your new project, you will be invited to attend a final walk through inspection of your job. Once you are completely happy with the finished project we will provide you with a handover pack with all the details you need.

Now all that’s left is to enjoy your new Narndra Built home!
